    Description

    This item is new but was  a designer sample. It was never manufactured (please note the model has on a similar dress but it is not this costume) This little dance costume features a velvet spandex leotard with yards and yards of ribbon trimmed dotted organdy on the skirting. Reminiscent of Shirley Temple. This is the only one I have of this costume and the size is Tot which fits a size 2-3C. The velvet spandex is very comfortable for little ones to wear. This costume would have retailed for BT248
