    Spinner is new but contains minor flaws from the manufacturer.  Typical flaws are minor scratches, scuffs, nicks, small pits in chrome, minor rust on the threads, "OFF" and arrow partially or completely missing, slight discoloration in chrome, and/or etc.  These spinners are perfect for "Driver" Corvettes, not for show or judging quality.
